UWC IP Policy
The University of the Western Cape's Intellectual Property Policy governs the ownership, protection, and commercialisation of intellectual property created by UWC staff and students. The policy is aligned with the Intellectual Property Rights from Publicly Financed Research and Development Act (IPR Act).
